I'm 17 and new to this so I don't really know anything. Can you tell me how to improve my face? I have braces and I'm thinking about getting a MSE. My jaw is crooked and my nose bridge is really weird. Also my face is kinda round and overall just asymmetrical. Also the muscle on the right side of my face (slimer side) are a lot more activated than the left.

Bro you mtb dw

Skincare, hydrocortisone for nose, caffiene and vitamin c serum for dark cirlce, grow lashes and brows, consider contacts, get eye Retinol and improve diet. Idk how much orthodontics will help at ur age but it's worth a shot I suppose

Get orthotropics, your chin is recessed. neverevrvervevrver get a rhinoplasty, and fix your health cause you look unhealthy. Also are these retractive braces, they are known to mess with your face in a bad way.
Round faces are feminine dont worry about that.
Your jaw appliances should fix the asymmetry and I dont know why you think your slimmer side has a more active masseter, I would say the opposite (your slimmer side has a more atrophied masseter). You can massage the bigger aide to relieve tension, start chewing more on the smaller side to compensate and gradually start chewing equally on both side, also become conscious if youre clenching only one side (could also be the result of a crossbite).
You have a good base imo, really find a orthodentist that prioritizes facial aesthetics and tell him of all your concerns.
Goodluck

edit: ffs dont be a femcel save yourself from that shit and stop being a victim, really prioritize health and orthotropics if you live as healthy as possible for a year you WILL look better, idk how much effects it has for your jaw at 17 but its worth a shot

I usually chewed on the slimmer side of my face before and I can actived the muscles there more. The ramus on my left side is shorter than the other and that's maybe why it looks like this but I don't think I can fix it without surgery. I am thinking of surgery as a last resort tho. I'm not sure what kind of braces do I have but my palate is kind of narrow so I thought getting a MSE could fix it and maybe also help my jaw.

dont try to make those assumptions yourself. again, consult a orthodentist about your concerns. also, a shorter ramus on one aide is classic skeletal asymmetry which also explains the weaker muscle there.

And there isn't a way to make it less noticeable other than surgery? I think that the asymmetry there is what makes my whole face asymmetrical and unbalanced.

I am open to surgery tho, I just need to consult my orthodontist and find I good surgeon around my area.

Naturally grow your jaw? You can try wating healthy, tongue posture, regular posture, developing a proper swallow, deep sleep, sprinting, hiit cardio, cold hot exposure, all that to spike growth hormone and after each session of acticity chew really tough meats 30-50 times until liquified. Meats, raw veggies, mastic gum, whatever.
You can also give a shot to thumbpulling, jordan wood has good info on that.

ts takes a lot of discipline, maybe youre better off consulting a ortho
Goodluck

Can you maybe explain in details about all the things you mentioned? I do have a lot of discipline and I'll do whatever it takes. I already workout regularly so I'm used to it (I go to the gym 4 times a week but I usually only so weight lifting and not cardio)

could you be more specific on what youre struggling with? i assume you eat to build muscle (protein snacks, artifical stuff) which arent inherently bad but they wont be what gets you facial development.
Maybe your tongue posture is bad, your nose is clogged, you eat a lot of liquid foods, you habe inflammation in other areas of the body (think joint pain, recurring acne, mouth ulcers, eczema, sebberhoid dermatits) its hard to pinpoint when i dont know you.
I try to nose breathe even during heavy exercise, and i found it to increase my performance, also taking less air in.

You should just get DJS imo, orthodontics won't change your appearance, because your jaw growth is most likely complete

Why never get a rhinoplasty ?

Ur face looks puffy, u have good harmony

I don't see any asymmetry??? 😭😭😭😭😭 One side might just be a little fuller, just start chewing on the fuller side. Do you also sleep on that side of your face? You might have built up fluid retention there. Sleep on your back or your opposite side, i think ur symmetry is fine. ur sm more symmetrical than me : p

Her nose only looks big because of her recessed chin, she has a really good nose shape once she fixes her jaw. She really does have good features, and a rhinoplasty would just be a waste.
I doubt she would see the need for rhino after fixing her jaw
her nose is big and masculine from the side

if its straight with such a recession, it will be upturned when she fixes it, or atleast appear smaller. if you disagree idk what to tell you
i know the recessed chin makes nose look bigger and over protruded but this one is still a bit big and over projected and it gives her a manly vibe from the side #over

I'm not against the idea of nose surgery but I think I should try to fix my jaw first because I read that it could really change the shape of the nose so it would be a shame to get a rhinoplasty if the nose would change anyways. Also do you think any sort of bone smashing could help a little in the meantime?

One of my ramus's is shorter than the other.

bonesmashing is for faggots

Hi, yes.
A proper adult swallow is simply chewing food until liquified, then when youre ready to swallow disengaging the buccinator muscles (look it up), and using the tongue to sweep back your food and swallow it. Look in the mirror and practice doing this with water or whatever and make sure your face appears to have no muscles moving, you should only see it on your neck.
This is only effective in the first 15 years of life, where in those 15 years you will swallow about 4 million times, which applies hard pressure to the palate and promotes facial development. So not that relevant to you but still knock yourself out lol.

Cold heat exposure is just me encouraging you to live really healthy, cold showers, sauna, really not required neither will it help your jaw growth in a meaningful way but still good for you, if you want to try it out and see if it makes you feel better.

Idk if i explaines it well, but good luck.

You think it could help a little?
If you do it right. Look into the science before you smash your bones in the name of looks though.
The basic idea of it is that bone adapts to mechanical force just like muscles do, the same idea of why chewing makes jaws grow. I also dont think you need it right now, focus on fixing your lower jaw.
If you do decide to do it, start gently and increase intensity and duration as time goes on, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD dont bruise your bones, theu should be sore but never bruised you risk an infection PUHLEASE thats gonna deform you if they get bruised.

also after exercise because then growth hromone is spiked.
goodluck

Also this is what I look like in neutral light and when I'm not bedrotting. Im also not wearing any makeup here if it changes anything.
