Can you take accutane without going to the dermatologist?

Yes find a good source and for your dosage will depend on your current acne and what you hope to achieve

depends on how shit ur skin is, imo try normal skin care routines n if ure acne is bad ash then i'd say risk it on accutane and check out genio's accutane guide

I only have mild acne, like 1 or two only. But I have a very oily skin and bumpy/rough skin texture.

Then I don’t think accutain is the correct approach as it will make your acne purge more and dry it out rapidly which if you already have rough skin will not end up well

I’d look into just the basics and Mabye 0.025% tret
