It's for no reason aswell, I literally gain nothing from this.

How can I free myself from this temporarily? Meditation? NSDR?

I would ideally just push it away and worry about it tomorrow when I can actually act on it.

Mommy asmr? It's uncomfortable to sleep with headphones on

It's something subconscious, buried deep in my mind, i can't locate or identity the core cause and it drives me even more crazy

Nvm I identified the root cause of the pressure. I need to wake up early in the morning after a while, but I'm so stressed to go to sleep due to me realizing that my sleep time will be low and I will be tired tomorrow, so Instead my brain just delays this reaction and thought by the constant stimulation of this forum.

I now know the cause. And I know how to fix it. Finally I can go to sleep at peace. Goodnight

getting off screens an hour before bed (low stim tv shows is ok if u need it to wind down), magnesium and melatonin and always shower in hot water if u can before bed
