Normally I will have
Cereal in the morning (easiest and shortest time) (usually cornflakes with milk)
Dining hall lunch (usually a BLT with a side salad)
Dinner will be whatever my friends are eating, pizza usually

organ meat, yeah I agree getting good quality is crucial, u dont need organ meat though unless u have like vitamin deficiency, but he does have videos which show that animal diet is cheap and u can afford it, give it a watchI am very afraid of organ meat and I do not think that will change anytime soon
