Serious Canthoplasty & More?

Been interested in a possible Canthoplasty or related procedure
Got in a fight which ended with my left Orbital Floor collapsing, and various other injuries (bones on my right hand) 4 Months ago.

I believe this has ended in major Asymmetry in my left (my 'right' eye in the picture. ), leading it to be more sunken and have a closed appearance compared to the round and open right.

I am posting to see if anybody has any experience with related procedures and if a canthoplasty would suit me or another option.

Got surgery (orbital floor reconstruction) i have a plate. Got it 2 days after the fight.
