Most cosmetic surgeries are risky if you don't really can determine what are your flaws and what are not,and if you get a shitty surgeon,Its not really hard to see the outcome.
But if you understand all that said above,then I think most likely No,but there are of course others less invasive to non-invasive surgeries similar to chantoplasty,like canthopexy and thread lifts,Wich you could also consider,but as I said before if u sure then don't be afraid to bite the bullet.
Be aware not in despair.
