alright i cut my canthus for the first time and im just gonna talk about it. To begin with i just sterilized everything with isopropyl alcohol (medial canthus and razor) and i just slowly did some light cuts on each side. one minor mishap is that it started bleeding due to my hand shaking to much. On terms of pain, it was very minimal. The most painful part was sanitizing my medial with the alcohol after the cut. Shit burns like a bitch. post cut i just wiped the blood off and used anti bacterial cream on both sides in order to prevent infection.

Your eye is a very sensetive area. It's actually completely separate from your nervous system, so if you do something wrong and cut to deep there's a risk of your immune system attacking BOTH your eyes and making you go blind.

Best case scenario you do it right and the tissue grows back after days/weeks, there's a good chance the tissue will be dead and grey and/or black.

Because you have to cut multiple times you will eventually fuck it up by either:

1. Botching it and cutting to deep causing infection
2. Botching it and cutting to long and looking uncanny maybe even cutting a crucial part of the eye area causing pain

If you think giving yourself a shitty, uncanny canthus will make you look good or save you your brain dead. Pdo threads will have better results for cheaper results than surgery and the only real risk being infection.

Accept your genetics.
