About to cut my inner and outer canthus. Should i use an actual blade or one of these?

How deep should I go? I feel like just the surface. And how can i treat it so it doesn’t get infected? You can call me stupid or anything, idk, deal with it

planning on using this blunt tool is actually killing me I'm fucking dying, that's more retarded than thinking it will make a difference, done it myself plenty of times just for fun, fully knowing its complete cope for desperate teenagers.
