Depends if you’re bulking or cutting, but generally you do need a good portion of carbs in your diet

If you workout and are active (sports etc) then you absolutely need carbs.

If you are more sedentary than you do not.

You do not “need” carbs the way you need fat for hormones. But they can be very beneficial when used correctly and for the correct purpose.

i know a thing or two, carbs can be created by ur body, that doesnt mean they arent needed though, i would recomend everyone to consume lots of carbs, its the best energy source for a reason

did that done that, im hmtn, every day of my life, not debloated, if i wanna debloat i just stuff myself full of medication. milk honey and fruits are full of sugar and carbs, you are limiting performance for only a little bit less water retention, ever heard of performing a sport?
