So today we’re going to discuss and talk about what Mandy says about meat dominant diets. We will be covering diets such as Cooked carnivore,Animal based including the raw primal one,ketos and non. Are ketones efficient and are they preferred over glucose? Does the skeletal muscle system prefer exogenous carbohydrates or glucose converted from amino acids? Would the large amount of dietary fat be necessary?
What are meat dominant diets based on?
So back in 2024,in the late summer it began being popular to put a cut up steak,cut up avacado,eggs that looked burnt on a wooden chopping board and this is it where the TREND started,before this there have been many people advocating meat diets. Then these videos were just everywhere,at first most were greycels you wouldn’t believe how many people became “blackpillers” this year,while in November last year they were still hanging out with their friends and trying to slay,being bluepilled and NT. Back then people thought it was just a delicious meal with good protein,nothing nutritionally special till it came later. People started saying “If you eat only meat you could survive forever” like n****r what? I DON’T WANT TO EAT MEAT ONLY,ONLY MEAT MY WHOLE LIFE. But that was when it was cooked carnivore,because then they ditched the avacado,instead used more eggs and then added butter ,I would eat butter in moderation,maybe 10-20g of butter is good for cooking and other things it’s a good saturated fat but people were eating butter sticks like chocolate that’s just alone disgusting and you consume fatty grain sludge,fill in boom you ate 200g of butter and your trend follower ass just wasted how many macronutrients you even have left. A small amount of people then started to eat animal based which is essentially you skip the butter,add fruits and honey. The thing is on animal based I see people running on less than 150g of carbohydrates,that’s so stupid you wouldn’t even be replenishing glycogen at all which would have to more you use fat and amino acids for energy. Soon later,Goatis and his goons became popular and it was all “be a pussy,don’t workout,eat raw meat at home and don’t do nothing like a domestic cat”,Goatis he’s confusing,I’m not really into him but what is his ideal macronutrient intake? This guy who literally got beat up by a girl 2 years younger than him in high school tell me he can knockout Eddie hall,while he make a video on how we’re supposed to fight “naturally” and then he hugs a guy and bites him. Yeah damn,as you can see from the start it’s all a trend guys and the biggest dumb shit.
Glucose or Ketones & Amino acid conversion?
So when what I mean by this parts title is glucose being exogenous carbohydrates,also known as the carbohydrates you consume through the day and usually Ketones are synthesized in the liver and this is how ketones get utilized during survival: Once you’ve stopped consuming exogenous carbohydrates,your blood sugar will get kept stable by your muscle and liver glycogen. But the issue about glycogen is that is that the muscle fibers that primarily use glycogen are Type II x fibers that are oxidative too. When physical stress happens during this time of switching to different energy sources your body isn’t ready to give up the precious glucose is that glycogen depletes fast,the more intense the exercise the faster it depletes it. Then you start using ketones,your liver synthesizes more ketones to fuel cells of your brain. Ketones,in brain cells are 1/3rd less efficient than glucose so essentially a keto meat sucking loving guy could be dumber than with carbs.

I’m going to be honest,after ketosis comes gluconeogenesis after a while and that’s when your own liver breaks down proteins,so amino acids are broken down and then synthesized into glucose. But sometimes,eating more fat than protein on a fat sludge diet dosen’t leave much space for your calories to hold more protein for glucose. And with gluconeogenesis is that you can not raise your blood sugar for good performance during intensive physical activity. The skeletal muscular system utilized exogenous carbohydrates quickly and easily after digestion and the more you carbohydrates you consume,the more efficiently work out.
If you want to diet mog,you should consume 40%-50% carbs 25% protein 30% of fat that’s a estimate since you’re not going to exactly eat the same amount of macros. Get your sugar from coke and orange juice,eat grilled salmon and easy.
Not going to section this. But that much dietary fat into a diet is crazy,you must be an idiot to follow the diets.
