What causes thick lower eyelids? Like not even eyebags or anything, like the lower eyelid being thick. And how can it be fixed, do infraorbital rim implants fix this?

Yeah I've been thinking about infraorbitals. Right now I'm gonna see how much my eyebags improve over the next few months with the plasma and co2 laser I got, cause the aesthetician said it takes 3 months till it makes them better. And I wish only getting a ton of sleep got rid of them for me
