Changing the shape of your nose without rhino or a nose lift?

Any tips on improving the shape of your nose/having a thinner nose without rhino or getting a nose thread lift?

My nose has always been an insecurity of mine ever since I ruined it as a kid. I wouldn't say that my nose isn't sharp but it definitely could improve more. I have a wider alar crease/ala, but my nasal bridge looks perfectly fine, it's thin, straight, and curves down to the tip of my nose. I have a bit of acne/blackheads on my nose, i think that's part of the reason for why I have a wider nostril but I think it's also because of me damaging my cartilage as a child for always picking my nose too much and going too deep.

I can't get prescriptions for accutane for reasons I can't disclose now. I have heard about using a hydrocortisone cream on your nose but i've heard tons of people saying that it thins your skin and wears them out if you do it for long enough, so I'm a little hesitant on using it.

If anybody else has any tips/advice on improving the shape of your nose I would greatly appreciate it :]

Fix resecion in the maxxila and in ur chin area also every kind of inflamation in ur nose needs to be gone and myb u r jst flaring ur nose all the time for that Botox would help

I don't think I have a recessed maxilla tbh, but yeah my nose has a bit of inflamation. Idk about botox though, I'm not really interested in getting any form of substance injected into my face yet. but thanks for the advice !

If u need it use it but idk if there r any side effects to it when u apply it on ur nose

Yeah try hydocortisone if your nose is inflammed. Most reliable nose reduction method especially for your case.

Hydrocortisone is legit and its side effects are really exaggerated. If you can’t get an Accutane prescription - try getting it from the grey market, should be very easy (depending on where you live), or at the very least - Tretinoin.

As for the shape - filler should be your best friend before you get rhino, but I do recommend you shrinking your nose first before getting said filler (also known as the nonsurgical rhino).
