Good news to the boneless !
"Plate" faces who aren't ogre Neandertal projected but have contouring works.
You don't need forward grow. But contouring.
Le Fort is avoidable.
Alain cheecks have a terrible projection as show in the image below, recessed projected even.
And his most massive part is close to where a low cheeck would be, as show in the next image. But his contouring is positive tilted because the wider and thinner part is high and the lowest is centered.
Here is a good new to low cheeckcels: a wider high implant can fix your cheecks if your low cheecks aren't insanely wide. And the result will look even better than those who naturally have a high cheeck but isn't wide enough to create a positive one.
If your mass is huge, like mine, in the low part and you do the proper implants, it will look more like Drago.
See how his massive part is lower too but is saved thanks to the positive tilted start:
Low bone cells have a huge advantage economy on implants because you guys can better sculp your face to the ideal contouring.
See an example of low bone cells who did the cheecks implant:
As you can see in every example, EVERY CHEECKBONE stops at the level of lower nose. It don't go farther than that, thus all cheekbones have the same lack of space that creates the hollow cheecks!
Conclusion: what ended up mastering is not if your cheecks are high or low, but rather if it is positive, with the wider part at the top.
My checks are super low.
But they look good on that photo because the light creates the positive tilted aspect.
