Bro this is straight chatgptReally consider if you wanna do this alone / unsupervised/ at home especially if its your back, as your back is hard to reach and see and you could cause burns if you mess up. The skin is also thicker on your back so mistakes could lead to scars, burns and hyperpigmentation fairly easily. If you really wanna do it at home then please make sure you only use: AHA peals (glycolic acid 5 - 10%, Lactic Acid 5 - 10%), BHA peel (Salicylic Acid 2%) or PHA peels (Gluconolactone, Lactobionic Acid) and *stay away* from or only get done by a professional: Glycolic Acid >30%, TCA peels (Thrichloroacetic Acid 15% and above), Jessners peel (a combination of Acids), and Phenol peels (the deepest in existence, medical only) Since itd on your back, make sure clothes dont rub against it after and avoid sun exposure. . To answer your question, the fastest option that is safe for at home use would be 10% Glycolic Acid, or Lactic Acid body lotion (AHA). It's not extremely fast, but skin should be smoother after a week and after 2 - 3 weeks your dark spots should lighten up. There's also 2% Salicylic Acid, which isn't great for removal but helps prevent new dark spots. If you do go with AHA 10% , use it 3 times weekly and you should start to see results.
