Is it okay for me as a newbie to stop worrying so much about what’s optimal? I went to do chest day, but a guy was on the Smith machine for an hour. I got there late because of a rainstorm and didnt have much time, so I did chest press, machine chest flys until failure, and dropsets. After resting for 4 minutes, I did assisted dips. I’ve never isolated my upper chest before, just did pushups before joining the gym. Should I focus on my upper chest, or is it okay to keep doing what I’m doing?

also i did triceps as well lol i dont do one muscle everyday
