As you may know I did discuss moving a while back, I don’t have a bed I sleep on a couch. As you also may know I do drink energy drinks somewhat of the time haven’t drank one in 2 weeks though. I developed chest pains like on Sunday and they still haven’t went away, I also run every morning.
So I’m a bit worried but here’s my conclusion to what maybe has been the cause.
1) - pulled a muscle when running
2) - energy drinks consumption
3)- improper sleep position
