Experience Chest pump was crazy today

I usually just do push pull and skip legs even tho I'll have to start doing some legs soon. I do rear delts on back day tho and lateral/front delts on push day
Why not hit each head of the shoulder on the same day seems ez

Yeah but the rear delt aids pulling movements so I just train it on back day. Since you're gonna dedicate certain exercises to it might as well do it on back day when you're doing your accessory lifts. Id say just superset it with your curls. To each their own tho.
