Chewing Gum to strengthen and define Jaw

I've been chewing Gum for about a week now to work on my Jaw.

I'd like to know if anyones been doing it for a while and if they have seen any improvements.

I've popped two in per session since 1 didn't work the Masseter enough.

I noticed one day my jaw feels weak; like its not really being used in accordance to its design. So the gum thing seemed to make sense


So my go to was working on my Masseter. Its a very workable Muscle.

if there are any practical suggestions of defining and strengthening you jaw let me know

أود أن أعرف ما إذا كان أي شخص يقوم بذلك لفترة من الوقت وما إذا كان قد لاحظ أي تحسن.

أستخدم قرصين في كل جلسة لأن قرصًا واحدًا لم يكن كافيًا لتقوية عضلات الفك. لطالما كان فكي بارزًا، وهي إحدى هبات الله من جينات والدي.

لاحظتُ ذات يوم أن فكي يشعر بالضعف؛ وكأنه لا يُستخدم حقاً وفقاً لتصميمه.
كنتُ أسترخي في العمل ذات يوم، أشاهد بعض الفيديوهات، وفجأةً خطر ببالي أن فكّي ضعيف. الأمر له علاقة بنظامي الغذائي، فأنا لا أتناول ما يكفي من الأطعمة الصلبة والمطاطية. في هذه الأيام، يتناول الكثير منا الأطعمة اللينة.
أعتقد أن هذا أثر ناتج عن التصنيع والإنتاج الضخم للأغذية.

أُعجب بفلسفة "تحسين المظهر"، والتي تعني ببساطة استغلال ما لديك على أكمل وجه. وهذا صحيح إلى حد ما. لطالما اعتقدتُ أن الاهتمام بالمظهر ضرب من الغرور، بل ومن المفارقات أنه غير جذاب، لكن الآن (وبعد الاستماع إلى بعض آراء كلافيكولار حول هذا الموضوع) أراه أداةً بالغة الأهمية في عالمنا المعاصر.

الأداة هي الكلمة المفتاحية.
مظهري ليس هويتي الحقيقية، إنه مجرد أداة. مع ذلك، أشعر أحيانًا بنوبات من النرجسية تغمرني عندما تلاحظني فتاة ولو قليلًا، فأُشعل نارًا من الغرور. هذا هو الغرور بكل ما فيه.

I noticed one day my jaw feels weak; like its not really being used in accordance to its design.
I was hanging out one day at work, watching some videos and somewhere my brain just made a connection that my jaw feels weak. It's to do with diet, not eating enough hard, chewy food. These days alot of us eat soft foods.
An effect from the industrialisation and mass production food production i think.

I like the Looksmaxxing philosphy, which is simply Maximising what you have. There's something too that. I always thought it was vain and ironically unattractive so be into your looks, but now (i'll admit after listening to a bit of clavicular and his thoughts on the subject) I see it as a Tool that is very useful in the world we live in today.

Tool being the keyword.
My looks isn't me or who I truly am. Its just a Tool. That being said I do feel occasional waves of narcissism flooding my system when a girl slightly notices me and I do be flaming that fire. Ego and all that.

So my go to was working on my Masseter. Its a very workable Muscle. If you don't have an already somewhat defined jaw, you won't really benefit from these exercises in a significant way. I'll let you disagree with that if you want i'd like to hear cases if they exist it'll be interesting.

Also if there are any practical suggestions of defining and strengthening you jaw let me know
Pro the gum will never never never grow your masster muscle what can only grow it is the hard ball witch is you put in in your teeth and bite it try that and it does work believe me the gum will not make the muscle grow

Not gnna read all that but having to much muscles throguh chewing can make u look worse
