I've been researching some of this, and it works. I've even seen it on myself. I started chewing for hours per day and have found improvements in my brow ridge projection. You can research this pretty easily.

Chewing with malocclusion, weak posture and overal bad bone alignment, will give you nothing other than TMJ pain, asymmetries, and a fucked up vagus nerve
