Sup, I am interested in training my masseter muscle because I have visible hollow cheeks and I thought it would be a great idea to get a nice and strong jaw shape too. I would appreciate some help with chewing (how long?, which chewing gum or product is the best?, will icing my face help with it?).

I saw some chewing gums from "Jawliner" and "Stronger Gum" and I believe they can help. Does anyone have any experience with them?
Thanks in advance!

I just found out that Falim gum contains BHT and titanium dioxide. Not really the safest option
Bro I don't know where you got that but here in Turkey we've been chewing falim our whole life and I don't think it caused me or anybody any problems at all.

You can find it in ingredients but I think they are only toxic if you chew 24/7 or inhale the TO somehow.

Depending on your muscle location, training it could decrease your hollow cheeck
Interesting. I will look into it. The main reason I want to chew is because my left jaw muscle is bigger than my right one so I want to achieve a closer symmetry between them.

That's a common problem to speech therapists, the main cause is having a preferable side when chewing food. Over time, this creates an imbalance in the face.

You can buy jawliner tool from Temu for about 0.5$
