your favorite chud is back, so what’s yalls opinion on chin tucks and neck curls as a softmaxx i’ve heard mixed things and wanted to know cope or do i start doing it help a grey out

Both work, but you need to do them with the correct form especially the chin tuck
You can start with chin tucks to improve your posture it's quite safe, but I recommend getting your nervous system and muscles used to this form of exercise like neck curls with just your body weight for at least 4-6 weeks.
If you're going to start using weights, you can get a neck harness. But be careful when buying one the pads need to be soft and fit your head perfectly. Otherwise, it can cause irritation to your scalp or uneven weight, leading to neck pain
