I don’t really know how the search function works on the forum, so I’ll just ask here.

Do chin tucks actually work? If so, what else should I do alongside them, or what can I replace them with, to improve my hyoid bone area and jawline?

Off-topic question: how can I train for a David Laid-type physique while avoiding the bulkier, massive-looking physique? I’m going to the gym, and I don’t want to look huge—I want a more aesthetic physique. Does this mostly come down to bone structure? For example, I’m an ectomorph, so does that mean I’m more likely to end up with a leaner, aesthetic look rather than a massive one?

For context, my workout plan is a full-body split, since frequency over volume is supposed to be better for muscle gain.

Please help, I’d really appreciate it!
