Orthopedics or surgery

Nothing I can do at home? I’m still 15 and growing kind off not tryna do surgery cuz it’s never that deep to do surgery
Pubertymaxx with diet and habits in a few years consider gear or something

If you're a guy and you're still growing there's a lot you could do.
Visit a dentist who specialises in airway health, perhaps for palatal expansion.
If you really want at home, eat tough chewy meats (carrots, apples and dried chickpeas also good) AFTER fasted cardio. Walk every day at an incline, chin up good posture for 30 mins.
Sprint, run, jump, cold exposure, heat exposure (sauna), heavy weights, DONT cut and eat LOTS of fats and good carbs and proteins.
Thumbpulling is worth a try but most ppl call it cope so I won't elaborate, look into jordan wood and his method.

Supplements/good sources of those vitamins: zinc (milk), vitamin c (kiwi), vitamin d (eggs, sun, this supplement is dirt cheap so thats good for you if you live in the north).

Tongue posture obviously, you could try putting athletic tape at night I dont like it.

Train posterior chain, psoas, vertabrae muscles (back extensions, or good mornings with a heavy book bag at home), chin tucks.
and obviously good, deep sleep.

Live good.

Goodluck!
