Is it bad that my cheeks have been wide/chubby since I was a little kid
Full cheeks give a youthful and healthy appearance. They soften facial features and create a friendly and affectionate impression. Some people find this feature very attractive; it is also one of the striking facial features of some celebrities. But if you're bothered by it, you can fix it with makeup.

Contour & Bronzer:

Avoid placing blush too low or in a very circular shape if you want a more balanced look.

Highlighter:
Lightly apply highlighter to the tops of the cheekbones to add dimension.

Keep it natural so the cheeks look healthy, not overly shiny.

Solution
honestly would but im not even chubby or bloated idk even when I was underweight they were wide, my bones might be the problem
Actually, this is entirely related to genetics and facial structure; burning fat won't provide any noticeable benefit. A thin face doesn't always mean a more beautiful face. The most beautiful face is the one that suits your features.
