Clav's Charges

"Muh Self-Defense" The man was simply being a Public Nuisance & Nuisance to Clav. No Threat of Violence.
1; Clav explicitly says, "I wanna kill these guys - Im serious" Prior to the man laying on his car
2; Clav, incentivized by one of the passengers in the Vehicle - "Just Drive" Runs over the man, and says "Hopefully *hes dead*"
This is Textbook Premeditation (1) w/ Implied Malice or Conscious Indifference for the Life of the Man. (2)

So here are the Charges I think will be pressed on Clav;
Since he was provoked, this was Voluntary Vehicular Manslaughter ( If the Victim Dies ) or the attempt of such a crime. ( If the Victim Recovers ). To the Extremes this is like 1st Degree Murder.
Clav is also in Possession of & is in the clip Intoxicated with Methamphetamine. So DUI & Drug ( Meth ) Paraphernalia Charges.
And on top of it all He has a Prior Record of Destruction of Private Property & Restraining Order.

All In all, he should be going away for +30yrs. Given a good Prosecutor.
