would i gain a lot of fat if i clean bulked for a year? i am not gonna cut anymore bc its useless. i can either bulk or eat at maintenance. i watched some guy on tiktok who was skinnyfat like me, he bulked for a year and apparently he gained muscle without getting too fat but idk shit about him and for all i know he may have not bulked properly because his physique was still dogshit after a year of bulking

i asked chatgpt and it said i will burn fat whilst building muscle on a slight calorie surplus due to newbie gains n chit. lifefuel for me, cutting on raw eggs, tuna, and chicken with no room for anything else was making me suicidal as fuckkkk

just don’t be in too big of a surplus (+200 cal at most) and you’ll be fine bro, bulks are MEANT to be slow
lifefuel. i doubt i will overeat, i starved for a while which made my stomach smaller i guess. only reason why i survived 3 months on this dogshit diet otherwise i would have quit on the first week

Lean bulk with whole raw food. 200 calories surplus minimum, up to 400 if needed. The surplus should comes from proteins, fruits and healthy fats for testosterone
