hello my chuddy chud chuds, i’m taking ghk-cu i pin every night sub q i take about 5mg a week and i use cerave for my skin care cus when i was doing my research it said ghk is good for getting rid of pimples and acne but you still need a skin care routine but even to this day i still get pimples on my face, maybe it’s because i miss a pin every now and then but for the most part im pretty religious about it an i was wondering what i should do because its starting to get annoying ill attach pictures of my ghk and my skin care products

ask ur dermatologist for the accutane before taking it and also look into korean skincare products, since ur on ghk rn just get a cleanser and moisturizer and u should be good

Use accutane, mark as solution, its the tick on ur right

Yeah depends on which korean products he gets, i used too use cerave and it would break me out badly which is why i wouldnt recommend it for him

Yeah depends on which korean products he gets, i used too use cerave and it would break me out badly which is why i wouldnt recommend it for him

It really depends on the cerave, I personally use Korean now too but you jus gotta find the right shit for ur skin type + accutane will have a purging stage too so he needa know tht

All three products can trigger your acne. It's best to see a professional dermatologist you can explain the supplements you're using, and they can scientifically tell you exactly what's causing your acne
