AF710-B
This is a M1 receptor Positive Allosteric Modulator studied for the use of improving cognition and psychosis in Alzheimer's Disease and Schizophrenia. This has multiple preclinical and clinical studies backing its use up and is the best nootropic currently available. It especially has superb Words per minute improvements as well as avoiding ACD-856’s flaw of pretty much only being useful in actually cognitively deficient people.
Tropisetron
This is a dual partial 7a nicotinic receptor agonist and 5HT-3 receptor agonist with Pro-Cognitive, Anti-Nausea, Pro Social, Anti-Psychotic, and Analgesic benefits. It has promising nootropic effects through its mechanisms of acetylcholine enhancement and serotonin receptor modulation and has been well tolerated in its trials. Preclinical research points to there being strong nootropic effects and it is probably one of the strongest cognition compounds available.
Guanfacine
Gaunfacine is an alpha-A2 receptor agonist that modifies prefrontal cortex behavior and is effective for the treatment of ADHD as both monotherapy and as an add-on to stims. Guanfacines main cognitive enhancing strengths lie in it strengthening prefrontal cortex behavior; it affects many important aspects of cognition like the Dpflc and inhibits cAMP-PKA signaling as well enhancing synaptic function and efficiency. It's also fairly effective for treating SAD and GAD.
Stimulants
Stimulants increase the levels of Norepinephrine and Dopamine in the brain and in turn result in better focus and attention as well as facilitating cognitive and motor function. The good ones are Methylphenidate IR or OROS, Dextroamphetamine+Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, and Lisdexafetamine. You’ll pretty much always end up having to take these if you want the maximum cognitive enhancement. They’re pretty well tolerated though and are a must take for this.
