I've heard arguments for both sides of the story; from online discussions to dentists.

Some claim it's possible to create significant changes in your facial bones quickly past 25 years of age, some say it's impossible, lastly some claim it is possible, however the changes are extremely minimal and take forever (so they recommend surgeries like bimax instead).

What's the consensus on this?

No clear consensus but major changes past 25 are slow and minimal. Some see slight improvements over time but for big results surgery is the go to
there is a clear consensus jfl
None of these bullshit methods will do anything , they dont have the consistent powerful force to do anything. Anyone who challenges thjs idea "muh no clear consensus" just lacks comprehension of the topic
