I wash my hair once every three days, take care of it, don’t really use any products, and my hair is still a little greasy, what should I do?

No, I’ve been advised not to recently, and since I’ve stopped a lot of the grease has faded but there’s still a bit.
 
grease is natural and healthy
a lot of chemical products will trigger a heavy greasy reaction in your hair
i have long hair , and i wash it only twice a week
