Are there any non-global moderators?

No not currently, super moderator is just the term XenForo uses for moderators who have global access to permissions instead of category permissions (but users recognize the term as "global moderators"). I'm using it as a technicality because category moderators would not have this access, if we were to ever get them, as it would be a permission limitation.

yea but spam posts need to get multiple reports or if the same person gets reports for same stuff then its addressed but some one random report in off topic gonna get ignored most likely cus mods dont really care about it unless its bad shit

It's the same problem as .org, certain members can spam and do whatever because they are connected to moderators. It's like the indians on .org who are friends with moderators and get anyone who speaks bad about indians banned. I see the situation isn't so different on here.
This also encourages zero actual discussion in the off-topic section and yes whilst shitposting is a part of off-topic, that doesn't mean you can't have actual discussion without a few autists coming and just spamming your thread.

I know it's basically the shitpost section, i've been shitposting in off-topic for 4 years on .org but that doesn't mean you still can't have discussions. These forums are mostly used to shitpost and pass time, however if you allow certain tards to spam to the point where you don't even want to make off topic threads anymore, that will only be a negative for the forum as traffic decreases.
