Genetic, my dad had lasik surgery and my mom has used contacts the majority of her life

Yeah, it can improve
going on vacation without glasses, electronics, and books for 2 weeks ascended my vision by 0.5, but then it went to dogshit again
there is a slight degree to which you can control it but its usually not sustainable bc we rely on electronics and books and other upclose stuff

I'll try raw primal and the things you suggested and see if that helps, I heard liver could potentially help. Probably cope at my stage though

I don't think they rly box u into a niche tbh, unless the frames u wear are super quirky or something. Like I wear raybans with transition lenses, so they basically just look like sunglasses outside
