I rarely give them out. Normally when I do it's because they're involved heavily in the looksmaxxing categories. You're not really that involved in those categories from what I see.

No, it's not normally enough, or at least it's not for me. I'd want to give it to users who regularly contribute or have contributed a lot, not to users who have contributed little.

Admittedly Dean's requirements for the banner is a lot more generous than mine, so if you were to get it without contributing too heavily then it would be from him, not me.
