Aren’t either good? If it boosts estrogen I can lesbian maxx for alt baddies and if it boosts test I can run low inhib game

you should have specified that it was olive oil, I thought you were retarded because you never made it clear that it wasn’t canola oil

olive oil is ok to consume ig but it probably won’t have much of an effect on anything

just leanmaxx normally or go on PEDs

There’s some studies on olive oil, also yeah I forgot to specify because I’ve never used canola
 
Using fats can be a useful tool for fatloss but under multiple factors :
1/ If you stop eating refined carbs and junk carbs
2/ If you're skipping full dinner before sleep, useful method for a caloric deficit
3/ Stopping cravings

For example : Breakfast with lean bacon, natural peanut butter on whole bread slices and few whole eggs.
Lunch : A salad or lentils with onion, garlic, olive oil, sardines or cooked (with tallow) salmon

Dinner : 2 teaspoons of cod liver oil before sleeping early, or eating potatoes with butter, or eating a fat yogurt like skir? with a lot of red fruits

The idea of bringing back the bulletproof coffee is a good idea also (coffee + virgin coconut oil + sucralose) especially for stopping cravings urges

Using high quality fats gives you building blocks for the good cholesterol, useful for testosterone. Alongside adding micronutrients, omega 3, pro & pre-biotics etc etc
