I understand a couple things in looksmaxing is cope such as thumb pulling chin tucks while things like neck curls directly help, what are some more things i can do while chilling in class that will help me ascend from mtn to htn.

Good posture so roll your shoulders and keep your back straight in your chair and having proper tongue posture (mewing), other than that nothing else you can do in class.

also sometime i shove my thumbs under my jaw infront of my neck and pry my jaw apart is this good I feel pain and it kinda feels like bone masing and it has widen my jaw and lengthened my ramus.
Doesn't work at all, you can't change the bones of your face like this
