Lowk these days I've been raising my cortisol on purpose because why not, deadass 10/10 way to looksmin. In summer 2025 we ALL will have our cortisols raised to the limits to help out competition and reduce inflation
 
Hydrocortisone spiked my cortisol and made me break out
