I just got creatine and have an AP test tomororw, anyone that takes it for brain effects did you find it worked fast? I’d prolly do 20g maybe a lil less bc I’m petite

it takes a while , you can do a loading phase maybe of 20g per day like you said with 4-5 grams over the day , but thatll take you atleast 5-6 days to completely finish

niher it takes two weeks for any medication to work on the brain
