Its mostly hunger since I feel it very intensely like most physical sensations, I mostly just need to learn how to resist hunger since good is obviously not scarce so its not really useful but I can write them down and preventing is a problem since anything is a trigger as I just don't feel fullnessYou clearly binge eat out of either stress or as a coping mechanism
I'd track down when and what those triggers are using a journal, why you did it and then prevent the same scenario from happening
Maybe get into mindfulness too
