Implant a small and sanitized piece of paper with an image of my favorite fictional boy
Put it in the wound
Put the cut off skin back on
Then suture it shut and be with him forever
Maybe rub ash into it so it forms a keloid, and then put piercings into that keloid and some ribbon so it looks like it wasn't a big thing of obsession and just a cool body mod

Seriously, if my body and face weren't so horribly deformed I wouldn't have to consider doing this and living is not really worth it these days so fuck yeah I welcome that infection or botched surgery because its better than being trapped in here forever while doing things I know have no impact
