What does it mean?

Crunchy = an action that aims to be more "natural"

Example:
Normal person: I brush my teeth!
Crunchy person: I don't brush my teeth at all

This biggest issue is that they're often midwits who either do meaningless efforts or something that goes wrong entirely.

An example I saw recently is a kid (obviously not the kid's fault, I feel bad for them). They had yellow brutally poorly developed teeth, and the parent was asking how to fix it (on some crunchy sub Reddit. ) The reddit solution made no sense. It was about fluoride or something (I'm a bit crunchy myself I guess). But they are right in some regard, they wouldn't have these brutal rotted teeth if they didn't have the slop stuck on there or if there was something "fighting it" so to speak.
So basically, parents will refuse to help to brush their kids teeth, refuse something like fluoride (I guess bro) but then continue feeding them sodas or pufa slop foods from a gas station.

My parents were more on the crunchy side growing up
Every kid at my kindergarten would come to school with sugary slop and I’d get granola bars

These crunchy moms are a parallel of how terminally online 'tards think their some much more sentient than "normies"
