Alot of mainstream neo cons like Charlie Kirk, Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens etc all believe that the reason why Black kids do worse is do to culture
Alot of Leftist believe that it is systemic racism. So which one is correct?
A study was done based off Income and race on SAT scores
The family income of blacks who were making 100k+ was 490 for Math and 495 for Reading
A white family who only made 20-25k had scores of 493 for Math and 495 for Reading
Clearly the reason there not doing as well has nothing to do with money/opportunity
I believe its 70% IQ and 30% culture why blacks kids are not as successful
The average Black IQ is 85 while the average white is 100
The minimum IQ need to join the US military is 85
That means theres a decent amount of Blacks who are too stupid to march in a line and follow basic commands
However culture does play a role
Philippinos have an average IQ of 85 similar to Blacks
However the Philippines has a lower crime rate than major cities in the US why is that?
Well its because they are raised to be hard workers. Thats one reason so many expats flock there.
If we are able to raise the IQ of blacks along with slowly changing there culture and making ''gang live'' look less apealing I belive we blacks could become productive members of society
