Dope for fasting my longest I’ve fast for was 2 days but I wish I could fast for 30 days

thank u son unfortunately i do have to cut it short tomorrow by about 8 hours bc i agreed to go to the gym with a friend and i wont get a good workout in after 2 days no food

i have a glass of water with psylium husk, wait an hour then ease myself in with some fermented foods (usually a vegetable), and then just whatever meal im eating, which is usually low carb. tbh the only carbs i eat nowadays are literally only sweet potato, banana or cherries and thats it, easy on the gut
