Imo the dating reality is a mix of redpill and blackpill but there's always exceptions. My outlook is more whitepilled than anything.

I set myself to get better everytime , something related to stoicism and these things.

I cannot deny that sometimes I feel like it is over and I should just rope , but I always push myself forward.

Following specific pill won't change a person's behavior.

I think early looks impact the social enviroment you somewhat create for yourself, if you are 'ugly' others will not like you unless you are a jester and quite submissive, which shapes how you behave. i have seen those types of people have good friends and a partner, i dont think they are truly respected though.
But also you need to act normal aswell, i wont that personality doesnt have a part but its truly influenced by your enviroment and genetics i dont think you have much of a say
