Heres my current diet
Blood Pudding
Eggs 3-6 daily raw yolks, cooked whites
Some cooked red meat, if I do have it, generally rare-medium rare, or airfried
I have tortillas for carbohydrate intake, I dont really feel like eating fruit nowadays
Although I do have some occassionally
Milk, raw or whole generally, as well as cheese
Some honey, I dont have it that often though
Fish, salmon or whitefish generally
Bone Marrow
Liver
I space out my carb and protein/fat intake because of randle cycle so I dont really eat sandwiches and such

Looks good, try going 12 eggs in total split into 4 eggs per 3 servings spaced throughout the day

For optimal choline release to have full day cognitive effects.

Too autistic lmao but I like micromanaging and this is legit
Too much eggs imo
I should be fine since I consume yolks raw, dont need to consume that much
 
Same thing but less carnivore, more whole grain carbs in the breakfast, and then fruits honey and lentils/beans/chicks peas because i can't show up at work with beef liver and blood sausage
