I'm currently 110 pounds 159cm My plan was to cut down to 100 to get low bodayfat percentage then start a gym membership and bulk backup to 120 lbs what do you all think ? should I do that or just go for the bulk right away

leanmaxxing and then lean bulk to get the female gaze aesthetic physique

The shorter your are the less you can carry muscle mass, if you want to not look like a sarms bloated gymgoer

Cope regardless of your height my friend

Modern weight lifting was invented by a jew. Look it up.

Also calisthenics. Cardio in general really.
All cope

Eating normally and walking you mean

You need to fix the core issue (diet)
You don't build muscle by walking or diet the muscle needs to breakdown

159 cm 😭

Beyond over. Even LL won’t help here, let alone gymmaxing

Ik but what are you going to do if you get kidnapped or get into a fight you need muscle
Nah, not really

Fighting skills matter more than useless muscles

That's like owning a lambo but not knowing how to drive lmfao

Ofc but even ufc fighters say you can only go so far without strength especially if your opponent knows how to grapple
