Of course i know the whole thing about cutting for more attractive lips and better eye area, but what i dont get it how do i do it. Do i straight up cut into my lip and make the opening wider or do i just cut the first layer of skin etc. would enjoy help on this.

Do NOT do it it’s the most stupid idea you could do.Don’t diy an riskant eye surgery it’s like you want to go blind on purpose

bro if the plan is literally grabbing a blade and cutting into your lip/eye area, don't. There isn't some safe "just cut the first skin layer" method. You can hit vessels, nerves, ducts, muscle, or create permanent scar tissue, and you have basically zero control over how it heals.


If you want a permanent lip/eye-area change, that's what actual cosmetic surgery is for. A qualified surgeon can determine what tissue actually needs changing and control the incision/closure. DIY = potentially permanent deformity for a result you can't predict.

Cutting your lips sounds pointless as it will heal into its natural shape.

Cutting your lips will only scar them. The skin outside your lips won’t transform into lips
