Hypothesis Cutting small lines on the sides of your lips

I’m not talking about a glasglow smile,if your nose to mouth ratio is kind of shit,you can cut 3mm lines on each side that aren’t deep to give a mark. Don’t do it too much since it would be obvious that you did something once it healed. I did this accidentally don’t ask how but it’s actually effective.
