dark spots in eyes

i have the same thing but its a bit lighter. nobody notices tho, bc to see them i have to lift my eye the way you did in the image. since nobody notices it, i dont think its a problem

Can be caused by some compression of the capillars (too much pression on them), it should probably go away within the time, remember to sleep well and drink plenty of water
