Day 3 already going terribly

I’m doing a challenge for myself where imma reach my prime in February 1st. So I’m doing what I can to lock in with my diet, gym, studies, etc
Woohoo! You got this! 💜 I’m doing all three right now! I started dieting since last week Friday, I’m studying for my exam tomorrow and I’ve been going to the gym as well. Just not going to the gym everyday.

I did deadlifting for the first time on Friday. Got DOMS the next day. 😢 Still have it today. It will probably be gone tomorrow.

that's why I don't deadlift and skip legs half the time (but my legs are bigger naturally so it's fine for now)
