I woke up (propely) at half 3 so the day is still ongoing (despite it being half past midnight rn)

All I’ve done is study and do shopping. Hung out with a friend at her accom for a couple hours.

Ate a minimal amount of goyslop today. Will hit gym in 2 or so hours. Then fix my sleep schedule

No pics today. I’m still at her place atm

Lowkey same. Screen time on TikTok/IG last couple weeks is down a ton but chrome is just hours a day

I think this hurts my brain less though 🤔

yeah, at least I’m interacting with real people than just consuming all day. Still rotting but it’s an improvement
